Non-Acceptance Clause: In the event the recipient fails to take delivery of the approved Units within 30 days of unit arriving at dealership, a non-acceptance fee of 10% of the MSRP of each unit(s) will be levied.

Exceptions to Non-Acceptance Clause: The Non-Acceptance clause may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of the approving authority (Municipal Fleet Services, LLC) under extenuating circumstances, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Notification of Non-Acceptance: In the event the recipient decides not to proceed with the acquisition of the approved Units, it is imperative that immediate notification be provided to the approving authority, Municipal Fleet Services, LLC.

Payment of Non-Acceptance Fee: The fee shall be payable within 15 days from the date of notification of non-acceptance.

Legal Recourse: Failure to comply with the terms outlined in this document may result in legal action being taken against the recipient to recover any outstanding fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Juab Country 4th District Court.

Disclaimer: The signee understands the vehicles provided in this agreement are NOT considered 'PPV' or 'SSV' Model Vehicles. The main difference is Vehicles provided by Municipal Fleet Services will have a Governor/Limiter on the Motor. The vehicles have many of the same features and will be 5-star Safety Rated.
